Nevertheless, it needs to be constantly debated, especially when it comes about the constructive environment of knowledge that constitutes Universities, which makes this issue more complex. In the moment when professors become harassers, the hierarchical power they hold over students intimidates them; and beyond the patriarchal domination already existent in society itself, factors like embarrassment and fear of judgment from other people, comes into play. This paper aims to give visibility to reports of women who have been sexually harassed at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). The data collection was made by the application of two questionnaires: the first one was attended by 201 participants, and the secound one by 57. After that step, were contucted interviews with 4 women, using the method of in-depth interviews and life stories.
