Thus, this control is performed through the classification and characterization of textile materials in order to prevent failures and problems in products and processes during manufacture. The tensile tests performed on fabric samples by the dynamometer usually present errors due to the slipping of the sample in the gripper during the execution of the test. This fact can induce results with low degree of accuracy due to the high standard deviation, in addition to the expenditure of resources and time. In this context, it was observed the importance of creating a fixation system, which improves the obtainment and the level of accuracy of the results obtained. The present work presents the influence of a sample fixation system, using prototyping, in order to obtain results obtained in tensile strength tests performed on textile structures.
