Natal, RN, 2018.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/34971This final project aims to check the quality of jet fuel in a supply unit that aircraft because it was observed that there is a need to verify this quality by the mere fact of being the same the responsible directly for business and life assurance since the lack of quality can cause accidents and deaths in the context of aviation. Verify that the procedural demands are being effectively carried out. This study was done on the basis of the quality that the unit has to be a record, that is, a documentary analysis. To do this we used the Six Sigma methods, widely known by your metric for quality and the positive effects that studies conducted by him, bring good. The methodology presented in the work was the descriptive research that has enabled in-depth analysis of the records and thus bring faithfully the results. The application on top of the values obtained in a defined period for activities of receiving, storage and expedition focusing on items of visual essay and density at 20 with results that portray well very good condition of aviation fuels studied.
