The main objective of the work is to approach and format a social sustainable business model, developed for the region of Mato Grande in Rio Grande do Norte whose production, processing of products through a cooperative formatted of lands structuring a mandala generate positive impacts on society, the individuals involved, the organization and the environment. It is proposed to solve the problem faced in the Study Region, which faces problems of constant soil degradation, and the lack of opportunity, aggravated by the inconsistency of rains and the scarcity of monoculture on large properties. From this point of view, the model created conceives the formatting of the production structure with financial and social analysis classifying agroforestry arrangements with expected return. An interview was carried out with specialists in the area where the shared knowledge allowed the establishment of the best business structure within the social and economic pillars.
