We intend to study, based on Michel Foucault's discourse analysis and light of thought, an influence of some power relations in the construction of the media discourse in digital social networks of collaboration and in the connections that a fixed media in a society. To do so, we will analyze the discourse of other sources of information published by the NE10 News Portal, which were constructed from collaborative information, from the ComuniQ application, both communication vehicles belonging to the System Jornal do Commercio in the city of Recife / PE. We will use a discourse analysis as a theoretical-methodological tool to understand the language's argumentation, as well as the investigative and interpretive method of the information available in the application and the news on the portal. First, the phenomenon of public participation has become, in many cases, a form of survival and broadening of the audience for some media outlets. On the other hand, we perceive that the role of journalism in this context also finds pressures for it to be remodeled and can be adjusted to enhance the participation of the public in information capture and news production, aided by the expansion of digital mobile technologies.
