This agility optimizes patient access remotely to their data and medical radiological information (images and report) via the internet (OLIVEIRA; LEDERMAN; BATISTA, 2014). Today, there is a problem that is the difficulty in patient access of the data in the hospital environment. In order to solve this problem, this study offers a proposal through the creation of software that contemplates functionality through the web to provide automation in the process of access to images and the medical report (report), produced in the Diagnostic Center by Image (CDI) of the Hospital Universitário Onofre Lopes (HUOL). Advances and improvements are centered on the evolution of the automated and computerized process both in the production of the report and in the autonomy of access of its medical data (images and report) by the patient himself. To build the software, a bibliographic research was carried out based on scientific articles published in the last ten years. Unified modeling was also used to assemble the system architecture (UML). With the modeling of the software, it was observed an optimization for patients accesses to the exams, reducing cost and streamlining the health treatment to be performed.
