By analyzing the historical process that racialized people went through to gain access to education. Using anti-racism as a mechanism for transformation, I show that an educational model that respects the subjectivity of individuals and enhances their identity is possible. This paper brings with it my writing experience, which was crucial, but the involvement of the research.
