The aim of this work was the study of the results in a Photo-Fenton process, which consists in the addition of an UV light source to the Fenton reaction, which is, in turn, characterized by an oxidation reaction carried out by a powerful oxidant and a catalyst. Throughout the experiments, different levels of concentration of the oxidant (H2O2) and catalyst (Fe+2) were tested in order to find out the ideal oxidant/catalyst ratio, thereby improving the organic compounds' decomposition efficiency.openAccessFoto-FentonÁgua de produçãobachelorThesisEngenharias.
