The objective main of this study was to measure the level of server leadership attributed the president of the Community Development Association of Boa Vista. Based from a field research applied to members was able to verify the servant leadership level assigned to the presidency of the association agreement with the view of members, as well as the homogeneity degree of the responses and the influenced that factors the standard deviations found. The realization of this research was based on literature search through authors from the areas of Leadership and Solidary Economy. The applied was methodology quantitative nature and for the descriptive purposes. With active members of the association were applied 24 questionnaires. The questionnaire questions had structuried, based on the scale Likert.
