In this context, one of them is biogas, which has been gaining notoriety and has good prospects for the future. Biogas is a biofuel produced through the anaerobic fermentation of organic matter, which can later be converted into thermal or electrical energy. In this study, biogas was produced from organic matter obtained through partnerships with supermarket chains and restaurant chains. The development of this work aimed to carry out a study on the production of biogas from organic waste using a manufactured biodigester.
