O paciente queimado durante a pandemia da COVID-19: revisão integrativa. 2023. 31f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Enfermagem) - Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde do Trairi, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Cruz, 2023.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/56538Introduction: Originating in China, the Coronavirus is responsible for triggering a severe acute respiratory syndrome in the human body (Matta, 2021). Based on this, and its ability to spread quickly, within a few months, this syndrome reached pandemic levels, which sparked a global warning about its possible consequences for the population. Objective: to understand the main agents that cause burns during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: this study is a literature review according to the model: integrative review (Mendes, 2008). To compose this document, an advanced search was carried out on the Virtual Health Library Portal, using the Desc/Mesh tools with the following descriptors: burn, incidence, covid-19, using the Boolean operators “AND” and “AND”. The articles found came from the following databases: MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online), LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences) and BINACIS (Bibliografía Nacional en Ciencias de la Salud Argentina), in following languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish and Chinese. Results: the majority of burn patients during the pandemic were male; the main causative agent was alcohol and burn cases increased during the pandemic. Conclusions: it is possible to identify that each country presented a way of facing the covid-19 pandemic. Economic issues and the use of resources were of great importance in dealing with the emergence of the virus.Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/queimaduras; incidência; covid-19O paciente queimado durante a pandemia da COVID-19: revisão integrativabachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
