By associating with 4D modeling, it provides benefits in the visualization and monitoring of the planning previously and during the construction process, as it requires a detailed interpretation, since it was a difficulty presented to those involved using the most traditional tools and entailed uncertainties, confusion and lack of concise information for who would perform the activities. The objective of this work is to apply a BIM 4D modeling method proposed by Borges (2019) in a small enterprise, in the disciplines of architecture and structure by the projects available in 2D, by means of execution of an indicated modeling path and to obtain virtual construction simulation using appropriate software for each step such as Revit, MS Project and Navisworks in order to expose the advantages to which a sequential constructive process is obtained with the rich three-dimensional digital representation of information and details.
