In view of this, the temporal cut of the present study is based on the years attributed to historical sources, we read judicial proceedings: the year 1880 and, therefore, the year 1937. The problem of this research is based on the so-called New History Cultural and the methodology of this study is based on the analysis of the speech, that is, in the "speeches" of both gypsies and bailiffs (police chiefs, lawyers, judges), in order to understand the stereotypes linked to gypsies for millennia.
