To this end, the deductive method is used, through bibliographical, doctrinal and normative research, with the objective of presenting the topic of the research, where aspects related to the concept of ODR will be exposed, as well as the foundations that guide its constitution. Essential points about the origin and evolution of this type of mechanism will also be addressed, both globally and nationally.
