For study we propose the rescue which the teaching model was incorporated into teacher training Pedagogy students PIBID / UFRN, in the school year of 2013.1. We chose a methodology of work that would allow a reflective study of the actions developed in the Schools Program participants in 2013.1. We started a study showing what the structure and how was the operation of PIBID / UFRN - 2013.1. Understanding the structure of PIBID in its quantitative aspect: how many students, how many schools in which teaching levels, how many teachers and supervisors how many engineers were part of PIBID / 2013.1. With regard to the operation, we present the teacher training actions in UFRN and school: working as occurred guidance to students, by coordinating and / or by supervisors teachers. This first stage was called Context of PIBID / UFRN - 2013.1. The next step is to present the result of reflective practice of teaching that was experienced in PIBID / UFRN, from the perspective of a fellow student program at 2013.1.
