During the development of their enterprise, they suffer difficulties and challenges, such as prejudice, credibility in the market, and dealing with multiple journeys. The objective of this work was to analyze, from the perspective of women entrepreneurs in the North Zone of Natal/Rio Grande do Norte (RN), their vision of the entrepreneurial process and how their experiences lead to female empowerment. A descriptive case study was carried out, by means of a WhatsApp interview, which was defined by the criterion of accessibility and friendly relationship between the researcher and the interviewees, with five female entrepreneurs, all of whom consented to their participation in an informed and voluntary manner. The results of the research showed that the entrepreneurs are always looking for qualification courses and specializations for the growth and expansion of the business, as well as to bring innovation to the enterprise. One of the motivations for starting a business is financial independence and personal fulfillment. It is concluded that women are increasingly seeking entrepreneurship and independence. The data confirmed the need and the importance of showing women as entrepreneurs, because even without realizing it, there are other women who are inspired and empowered by them. Women have a competitive differential, for being able to deal with more than one situation simultaneously, dreams, and the desire to win.
