Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Direito) - Departamento de Direito, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2023.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/51333This dissertation seeks to analyze the process of predatory extractivism of illegal mining that occurs in indigenous territories, using green criminology - as a branch of critical criminology - to expose the social phenomena that lead to the maintenance of this abusive system. The creation of this entire research was assembled from knowledge and a theoretical contribution from several authors from different areas of the human sciences, such as anthropology and political ecology, and from discussions regarding the incorporation of other types of knowledge, with a greater Andean cosmovision . For this purpose, methods and techniques of the so-called "Social Research" are used, of incorporation and subordination primarily to elements of critical analysis.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Criminologia verdeExtrativismoGarimpo ilegalTerritórios IndígenasGreen criminologyExtractivismIllegal miningIndigenous TerritoriesOuro de Sangue: análise sobre os avanços do extrativismo do garimpo ilegal em terras indígenas à luz da criminologia verdeBlood Gold: analysis of advances in extractivism from illegal mining in indigenous lands in the light of green criminologybachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADASCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS
