Numerous studies seek to analyze the management of these clubs, aiming to provide better information for investors, managers, fans, and society as a whole. This study aimed to identify the variables that most contributed to the financial and economic performance of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo from 2019 to 2023, both financial and non-financial. To achieve the proposed objectives, the research was classified as descriptive in terms of its objective, a case study, bibliographic and documentary in terms of its procedures, and with a quantitative and qualitative approach. As a result, it was qualitatively identified that the financial variables that most influenced the club's economic and financial efficiency were: total assets, net worth, net and operating profit, total liabilities, operating revenue and expenses, as well as financial ones. These variables are the main drivers of the calculated financial and economic indicators. The non-financial variables that stood out the most were: media, broadcasting rights, titles, and player sales. It was observed that the Club's management excelled much more in financial results than in economic results (value creation). These results also highlighted the Club's efficiency over the years.
