This study aims to analyze the phases and procedures involved in the installation of protection systems targeted at distributed mini-generation. For this purpose, simulations will be conducted using the Real Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) with a case study of a protection system, verifying the effectiveness of these systems within the defined settings. The motivation behind this work is to meet the need for a practical approach to simulate the verification process of a protection system.
