Health Information Systems, in turn, were not implemented for data recording and analysis in order to provide automated feedback to management, assisting in decision-making processes. Therefore, based on an analysis of the growing demand for information management carried out in the municipality of Jucurutu/RN at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, in partnership with the Epidemiological Surveillance team of the municipality, a strategy was developed to adopt a customized recording method using Google Workspaces technologies and inputting data from patient notification forms received from various reporting units in the municipality.
