For this reason, the intern became part of the staff of several organizations, even becoming one of the important organizational human resources. However, this practice of using student-interns as a workforce led to several questions, including the working conditions within these institutions granting internships. Thus, the objective of the research is to analyze the quality of life at work of students of the administration course of a public university in Natal/RN. The research is characterized in terms of its nature as basic (cross-sectional study), using a quantitative approach, the objective is primarily classified as descriptive and explanatory and the data collection procedure (research instrument) took place through bibliographic research and of the survey (survey) of information on the trainees' perception of their QWL, in the light of the 7 dimensions of Freitas and Souza (2009). As a result, it can be observed that, in general, the interns have a good quality of life at work, but they highlight difficulties, such as, for example, the granting of benefits, the means of incentive, the complexity of the tasks performed and the impossibility review of the decisions that complied with them.
