It aims to organize monitoring actions of this workforce, outside the scope of the State Health Department of Rio Grande do Norte (SESAP), relating the dimensioning of the workforce to the objective of procedure and analyzing the relationship between production with other elements of the work process. The study presents a monitoring matrix, aiming to expand the capacity of analysis of the workforce and its delivery regarding procedures, feeding back the sizing and production parameters in the intervention phase, and dialoguing with other SESAP techniques, such as planning, attention to health and care, changes in the organization of the network.
