It is of a case study, with a qualitative approach, which was carried out using the non-participant observation technique, from March to June 2024. The collection was carried out through technical visits and for a better understanding of the results obtained, it was used the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) tool to systematize the processes visualized. Next, an adequacy analysis of the RN Emergency Regulation Model was carried out based on the Emergency Medical Regulation Manual of the Ministry of Health.
