This study aims to evaluate the institutional response to these breaches, with a specific focus on the 68th Prosecutor's Office in Natal, which implemented the Sunflower Protocol in January 2023 to ensure the efficacy of protective measures. The process evaluation carried out in this research aimed to verify the efficacy of Sunflower Protocol implementation and took place through document analysis, interviews with the managers and questionnaires applied to the entire team at the Prosecutor's Office. The research found that, despite the difficulties related to human resources, the Protocol was considered to be very efficacious. Based on the results, the evaluation suggests expanding the staff of the 68th Prosecutor's Office, creating new rooms to assist women and acquiring new institutional telephones, in order to improve the service and efficacious of the protective measures.Avaliação de processo; Eficácia; Medidas protetivas; Protocolo GirassolbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS
