Typically, network administrators need to access multiple servers, install various software, and configure numerous files. This manual approach often leads to errors and impacts service availability, as well as increasing response time for change requests. The infrastructure as code approach emerges as a solution to minimize errors associated with traditional service management, but it requires network administrators to acquire programming skills, which are usually not part of their day-to-day activities. In this context, this work presents the DOO, an acronym for DevOpsOrchestrator, an integrated platform that uses infrastructure as code to automate service management. This platform allows network administrators to use a graphical interface to access servers and perform configurations that were previously done manually.
