Based on the methodological procedures, an intervention scenario was carried out, as well as an interview with the company's board of directors, which allowed the collection of data which showed that despite the company having had a drop in associates, and needing marketing actions that build loyalty customers, but also attract new members; APV is based on minimum percentage values that maintain functionality. From the data found, it was possible to observe that the company needs a customer loyalty plan and another plan to attract new consumers.
