To this end, the following work was carried out: a) a theoretical reference study on the emergence and evolution of different market typologies and fairs; b) a historical survey of the intervention area; c) reference studies that contributed to a project phase; d) an analysis of existing conditions for project implementation. The intention behind this exercise, in addition to studying this market typology, is to raise the need for more actions and projects in the city that contemplate the most popular spaces in order to celebrate their pre-existing activities and not try to erase them.
