Therefore, this work to analize the performance evaluation process of the company SEBRAE/RN, from a management point of view. The methodology addressed was the case study, which was carried out through a semi-structured interview, with a previously prepared script. The theoretical framework brings what the literature says about performance evaluation, responsibilities, criterion, standards, and feedback phases, which served as the basis for creating the data collection instrument. The interview was divided into five parts that covered the spheres of planning, the occurrence of performance evaluation and linkage with other organizational processes. The results demonstrate that the company has a structured performance evaluation system and is divided into four stages, negotiation, skills assessment, career committee assessment and feedback together with the individual development plan.
