One way to make health care more resolute and to improve the quality of services is by improving access and organizing health workflows. This paper aims to present the process of developing an Application (APP) as a technological alternative to expand access in its dimensions - availability, acceptability, payment capacity and information. The UPShealth App was created during my experience as a resident of the Multiprofessional Primary Care Residency Program at the Multicampi School of Medical Sciences of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (EMCM / UFRN). Based on a situational diagnosis based on the health territory of Currais Novos, RN, through the design thinking approach, used to create App functions that address the demands of the municipality, namely: telemedicine, appointment scheduling, locations health, notify, SUS card, health tips, news and health profile. For this, we used the Java programming language and AWS cloud database, Firebase, mongoDB and Amazon S3. The App has been deployed and has over 4,000 users to date.
