The investigated issue raises the following question: how does the practice of electoral harassment manifest itself in labor relations, and how has the Brazilian legal system addressed this illicit conduct? The main objective was to conceptualize electoral harassment, identifying its historical roots and examining the existing legal mechanisms for prevention and repression, with special attention to the role of the Public Labour Prosecution Office (Ministério Público do Trabalho - MPT). The methodology employed is qualitative, involving bibliographical and documentary research, and case study analysis, using doctrinal and jurisprudential sources, as well as institutional data.
