It explored fundamental perspectives on the interaction between methodological processes and design practices. The research involved a thorough examination of various authors' approaches to the configuration of visual identity systems. Additionally, the study provided insights into the properties and functions of design methods and methodologies. Building upon these foundations, indepth analyses were conducted on the methodological processes proposed by Bruno Munari, Jorge Frascara, Maria Luísa Peón, Fabio Mestriner, and Francisco Homem de Melo. These analyses, grounded in the previously mentioned fundamental concepts, formed the basis for developing hypothetical-deductive premises about the main objects of study. These premises were crucial for formulating a response to the central problem of the research. The resulting response took the form of a methodological design model, structured through macrophases, stages, sub-stages, and actions.
