Among them, we highlight the pemphigus vulgaris (PV) and benign mucous membranes pemphigoid (PBMM), which generally have the oral cavity as the first affected site, exerting significant impacts on patients’ quality of life, resulting in pain, difficulties during feeding and phonation, depending on the extent of ulcers.
