Aiming to guarantee these rights, several strategies were developed over the decades in Brazil, being some of them focused on the issue of guaranteeing access to health services. The guarantee of access is directly linked to the construction and activity of primary health care, since the organizational model of health networks has primary health as the main gateway. Therefore, the embracement process is an important tool for guaranteeing access to services, respecting and strengthening the principle of universality. Aiming to guarantee the right of access to users in the Paulo VI neighborhood, a project from the perspective of continuing education was done, as an attempt to qualify the professionals to provide reception with qualified listening and classification of risk/social vulnerability.
