Thus, it was necessary a physical-chemical study to deepen the knowledge in the way of how its polymeric chains behave in aqueous and hydrogel forms. In this work, aqueous solutions of agarose with different concentrations from 0.1 to 2.0 g/L were studied. From rheometry, flux curve and viscosity were obtained. Parameters, such as temperature and concentration were used to try to find the point where a possible gel-sol transition could happen.
