The growing number of elderly in the population of Brazil, as well as in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, is worrisome regarding the lack of investment and prepare of the cities to attend the needs and to minimize difficulties faced daily by the elderly public. This work consist an analysis of the partially independent elderly public, who needs the help of third parties to execute daily activities, with the purpose of using the Service Design to develop a project that achieve the needs of the elderly public.
