Currently, these companies make up 99% of active enterprises in Brazil. Many of these companies have difficulties in business management and do not have well-structured information management. This work sought to deepen the use of information management in decision making of a micro-enterprise, seeking to answer the key question of this work of “How to manage the flow of information necessary for business management in a fashion micro-enterprise?” Having as main objective the development of a specific solution for the management of the flow of information adequate to the reality of a micro-enterprise that operates in the manufacture of fashion and leather goods. For this, the case study was used as a method with the use of semi-structured and unstructured interviews, process mapping and informational flow mapping, aiming to identify the informational needs of the company’s managers. The study concludes with the development an information management application and a BI – Business Intelligence panel.
