Most of the time, the recruiter is still delegated to the role of "anthropologist", analyzing up to a thousand CVs per month and only taking advantage of 20% of them, according to research by the Brazilian Association of Human Resources and based on interviews with R&S professionals. The time required in this screening could be used more strategically, interviewing the candidates who best fit the vacancy offered. Through the Linkya tool, they will be able to structure a series of personalized questions for the vacancy, whose answers will be listed in a spreadsheet. Linkya software is a chatbot solution that enables recruiters to chat with candidates. The candidate connects, answers the questions chosen by the R&S team, the chatbot will save the answers in a database and, in a simple way, the recruiter will be able to filter the results to find more quickly the profiles that fit the vacancy offered. Thus, the business model will be SaaS with a monthly subscription or a prepaid system per completed process. At the moment, a third-party platform is used for Minimum Viable Product tests, which helps to collect data quickly and correctly. Currently, three tests have been carried out that have given results above expectations, with up to 80% of responses received via bot, compared to sending a resume by email and an organization of faster information to be consulted, in addition to the enthusiasm on the part of the selectors who want to repeat with other selection processes due to greater simplicity and agility to apply for a vacancy. The Linkya tool sought to innovate in all chat and professional platforms available on the internet. It is intended to serve the entire company, with various services and, consequently, increasing costs, with a customizable and flexible solution tailored for the R&S professional. Its main differential is the simplicity of configuration and speed of use of the product and the fact that it works within a very familiar platform: the chat. In that first moment with Messenger, and later on with other conversation platforms as well. Optimization of time with greater ability to analyze resumes, without increasing costs proportionately, as well as greater assertiveness in the selection of candidates due to the database available in a spreadsheet.
