Through a Quality of Life at Work Program (PQVT), several actions can be implemented by institutions. The construction of these programs requires a series of structuring elements and scientific basis. Thus, the objective of this study is to outline an Illustrative Logical Model to support the construction of a PQVT in a teaching hospital. Methodology: An illustrative logical model was constructed through the following phases: collection of relevant information, analysis of data and information found, categorization of information and actual construction of the logical model. Information was collected based on an integrative literature review, using a qualitative approach with the evaluation of 21 articles published in three databases of scientific works: Virtual Health Library (VHL), Pubmed and Web of Science. Results: At the end of the work, an illustrative logical model was presented capable of directing hospital management in the implementation of a PQVT. Conclusions: The logical model constructed is a visual representation that shows the main elements for building and implementing a PQVT, and aims to present how resources are converted into activities and how these produce the expected results.
