And it is through the analysis of legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine, that the theme administrative impropriety will be specified in its main points, in order to bring the reflection on the possibility of application of Law 8.429/92 to the politicians, either concurrent or residually Law 1.079/50, thesis defended respectively by Rogerio Alves Pacheco and Maria Sylvia Pietro among others.
