The general main was to make a comparative analysis in order to identify the main differences and similarities on Pedagogical Tourism developed on schools. The methodological research procedures, the comparative method of qualitative nature, using as data collect script half-structured interviews, from those it was applied the subject analysis technique to realize the interpretations about collected info during the field research, which were systemized in six categories. The studying covered five High School institutions of Currais Novos and one company which develop this segment on city. It was Subsidized for chapters which deal the theme: Historic of pedagogical Tourism, the importance of it as teaching methodological tool, the public and private teaching. The research showed the public and private institutions context, which made possible to understand the differences and similarities about the practice of Pedagogical Tourism, identified especially on alternative way on development in order to make effective the activity, the planning process, organization and route execution, the money difficulties, the lack of teaching time disponibility, among other favourable factors to the practice or the Pedagogical Tourism realization hindrances.
