Instrumentos utilizados na avaliação de pacientes pós-acidente vascular cerebral em reabilitação: uma revisão de escopo com foco no modelo da classificação internacional de funcionalidade, incapacidade e saúde. 2021. 48f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Fisioterapia) - Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde do Trairi, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Cruz, 2021.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/43114INTRODUCTION: Stroke is the second leading cause of mortality and the third leading cause of disability in the world, causing a major impact on quality of life and functionality. The International Classification of Functionality, Disability and Health - ICF defines health in a biopsychosocial way and using instruments that involve all the dimensions covered by it allows this analysis to be carried out in a reliable and complete manner. OBJECTIVES: Verify the instruments most used for the assessment in the context of rehabilitation of post-stroke patients, observing the outcomes and domains of the ICF assessed. METHODOLOGY: Review scope structured according to the PRISMA-SCR and the methodology Arksey and O'Malley. The search was performed in the following databases: Pubmed, Scielo, Lilacs and PEDro. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics with simple quantitative approach. RESULTS: were extracted 6,750 articles were and of these, 355 were included. Were found 88 instruments and 1074 citations. The evaluation of the function and structure of the body was prevalent at the expense of other aspects, such as participation that has not been evaluated directly by any instrument. CONCLUSION: The ten most cited instruments assessed body functions and structures, denoting that there is still a large overlap of instruments that assess this context. We did not use specific tools to evaluate the participation and it highlights the importance of using an assessment with instruments that allow seeing the individual as a whole and enabling the offer of rehabilitation programs that are in accordance with their global daily life needs.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Transtornos CerebrovascularesCIFInstrumentos de AvaliaçãoInstrumentos utilizados na avaliação de pacientes pós-acidente vascular cerebral em reabilitação: uma revisão de escopo com foco no modelo da classificação internacional de funcionalidade, incapacidade e saúdeInstruments used in the evaluation of post-stroke patients in rehabilitation: a scope review focusing on the model of the international classification of functioning, disability and healthbachelorThesis
