The research focuses on factors such as working conditions, professional recognition, training opportunities, and interpersonal relationships within the institution. Using a quantitative approach, questionnaires were applied to a representative sample of employees, enabling statistical analysis of the collected data. The results indicate that, although there are positive aspects related to the work environment, certain areas require attention to improve employee satisfaction. Conclusions suggest that actions aimed at enhancing workplace conditions and strengthening internal communication can significantly increase employee motivation and productivity.
