The main objective is create a housing model that fits different types of domestic groups present in society, and that can respond to the needs presented in the course of their lives. It is a house that has possibilities to remodel, grow, evolve and adjust according to the desires and needs of their residents. The process begins with a literature review, analyzing principles that translate constructive rationalization, and studies of project references. The development of the proposal is based on a survey of the constructive typologies of the surroundings, and on laws, standards, simulations, and criteria that guarantee well-being and comfort from the best use of natural lighting and ventilation, and an architectural programming that portrays the various uses that can be performed in each of the environments of a residence.
