Thus, it is necessary to use methods and tools that constantly measure the qualitative and quantitative processes and results of the maintenance of medical and hospital equipment. Therefore, the work sought to point out and highlight the importance of the application of these technologies to support the management of the Clinical Engineering sector of the Maternity School Januário Cicco (MEJC), having as object of study to show and analyze flow indicators corrective maintenance, making use of process map and some management indicators.
