Éco-Ágil, an Eco-innovation development framework with agile practices, promotes mapping and implementation of solutions employing agile management practices in industry sector companies. We present the Eco-Ágil deployment in a construction company which produces mortar, grout and other materials. This work consists in an exploratory research regarding the framework development through market and scienti c data analysis. We sought to comprehend the client pains, analyzing the economic scenario, environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) practices, in a post COVID-19 pandemic world. We performed a company diagnostics taking into account previous studies, a previous Life Cycle Assessment, and a collaborator survey to assess their agility level. The survey focused on value delivering, communication and transparency, people, work organization, and continuous improvement, which revealed 54 to 67% of agility in these aspects.
