The main objective of this article is to understand the application of internal marketing practices in companies in Florânia, as well as to identify them and understand the communication processes. For this, a case study was carried out, through a research of a descriptive nature and a quantitative approach, applied through a questionnaire with socioeconomic questions and related to four dimensions of endomarketing, costs, coordinators, communication and company. In view of the results found, it was seen that companies adopt various internal marketing actions, such as the development of better skills through training, remuneration and reward systems, good interpersonal relationships within the organization.
