A influência da dupla tarefa no desempenho da marcha de idosos ativos. 2018. 33f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Fisioterapia) - Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde do Trairi, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Cruz, RN, 2018https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/34072Objective: Assess the influence of dual-task activities motor and motor-cognitive in the gait performance of active olds. Method: This is an observational, analytical, cross-sectional and quantitative approach, of a non-probabilistic sample, performed with 9 elderly individuals with mean age of 70.66 (± 5.38), in the municipality of Santa Cruz, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. Socio-demographic data, clinical conditions, cognitive and physical status were evaluated, in addition to five sequential tests, Timed Up and Go (TUG) simple, for single task evaluation, TUG manual 1 and 2 for motor dual task, and cognitive TUG 1 and 2 for motor-cognitive dual task. To compare the average of the TUG variables simple with the others was used test ANOVA One-way. Results: manual TUG 1, was the test that presented greater variability of gait parameters with a statistically significant difference (p-value = 0.03) in terms of increased execution time and speed reduction in relation to the simple TUG. The other tests associated to double task, did not present a significant difference in the mean gait parameters when compared to the simple TUG. Conclusion: The results suggest that physically active elders have little or no change in gait parameters, during dual task activities. Presumably, the results support the practice of physical exercises to improve gait performance in dual task activities.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Comportamento MultitarefaMarchaIdosoEnvelhecimentoMultitasking BehaviorMarchingOldAgingA influência da dupla tarefa no desempenho da marcha de idosos ativosThe influence of the dual task on gait performance of active elderlybachelorThesis
