For the analysis, the Bizagi Modeler software was used to map the workflows and create visual representations of the process, and the official information made available online by the CEP itself on its website and in regulatory documents was used as the basis for the research. The justification for this research lies in the importance of disseminating this knowledge in an accessible way, helping researchers and other specialists to better understand the required procedures.
