One way to obtain the best production process is through constant optimization in workflows, which consists of mapping, standardizing, analyzing and correcting errors. This present work will focus on the improvement of the main laundry processes in jeans in a textile industry in Natal/RN It identified costs that did not add value to the process, lack of standardization and a great waste of water.
