The case study is conducted on a Risk Management System, where users can obtain information and clarify doubts about the system and risk management concepts through a developed chatbot. The methodology involved the development of a preliminary version of the component for conducting an interview and a pre-test with an expert user to enhance and adjust the component. The results obtained demonstrated that the component is capable of providing accurate responses, reducing the need for technical support or manual queries.
